No. If your flight is delayed and your driver's waiting time adjusts to match your real landing time instead of your originally scheduled one, that doesn't carry an extra charge. The price you're quoted at booking is the price you pay, regardless of how long a tracked delay pushes your actual arrival back.

What If Your Plans Change More Than a Delay?

A delay is one thing — a genuinely changed itinerary is another. If your flight is cancelled outright, or your travel plans change enough that you no longer need the transfer at all, you can cancel your booking free of charge any time before the transfer date. There's no reason to keep a booking you no longer need just because you're past the point of a normal delay.
