A large theme and water park sits just outside the main resort belt, a common full-day trip for families staying in Belek even if their own hotel doesn't run a shuttle there.
Aspendos and Perge
Belek sits closer to Antalya's two best-known ancient sites than most other resort areas: the Roman theater at Aspendos, still used for opera and ballet performances each September, and the colonnaded ruins of Perge are both manageable half-day trips from here.
