("Trastfer", "we", "us", "our"), a TÜRSAB-licensed (License No. 15961) A Group travel agency operating the Trastfer airport transfer booking service from Antalya, Turkey, collects, uses, shares, and protects your personal data when you visit trastfer.com / trastfer.ru or book a transfer with us.

We are the data controller for the personal data described in this policy under Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("KVKK"), and — for visitors located in the EU/EEA — we honor the equivalent rights described in the EU General Data Protection Regulation ("GDPR").

2. What Personal Data We Collect

When you use Trastfer, we may collect:

Booking details — pickup and drop-off addresses, flight number and arrival/departure time, transfer date and time, number of passengers, vehicle preference, and any special requests (child seat, extra stops, extra waiting time, comments to the driver).
Contact details — your name, email address, and phone number, so we and your driver can reach you about the transfer.
Account information — if you create an account, your email address and the booking history associated with it. We use passwordless "magic link" sign-in, so we never store a password for you.
Technical data — IP address, browser/device type, and basic usage data collected automatically when you visit the site, for security and to keep the booking flow working correctly.

We do not collect or store payment card details. Trastfer transfers are paid in cash, directly to the driver, at the time of the transfer — we never ask for or process your card number, expiry, or CVV.

3. How We Use Your Data

We use your personal data to:

create, confirm, and manage your booking, and to plan the transfer (route, pricing, driver assignment);
contact you about your booking — confirmations, driver details, and any changes (for example, a flight delay);
provide customer support when you contact us;
meet our legal and accounting obligations (for example, issuing and retaining invoices as required by Turkish tax law); and
keep the site secure and working correctly.

We do not currently use your data for advertising or send marketing emails. If that changes in the future, we will only do so with your consent and will update this policy first.

We share the minimum data necessary with:

Our drivers, so they can find you and complete the transfer (name, phone number, pickup/drop-off location, flight details).
Service providers who help us run Trastfer, acting on our instructions:
- Vercel (application hosting)
- Neon (database hosting)
- Mapbox (converts the addresses you enter into a route and distance — used only on our servers, not embedded as a map in your browser)
- Resend and RuSender (send booking confirmation and account emails; RuSender is used specifically for our Russian-language customers, for better deliverability to mail.ru/yandex.ru inboxes)
Public authorities, where we are legally required to (for example, tax authorities, or in response to a lawful request).

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it with advertisers.

5. International Data Transfers

Some of the service providers listed above process data outside Turkey (for example, our database is hosted in the United States). Where we transfer personal data internationally, we rely on our service providers' own safeguards and only work with providers that maintain appropriate security standards.

6. How Long We Keep Your Data

Booking and invoice records are kept for as long as required under Turkish tax and commercial law — currently up to 10 years for certain commercial records.
Other account and contact data not needed for accounting purposes (for example, an inactive account with no bookings) is kept for a shorter period where legally permitted — our goal is as little as 2 years from your last activity, though this may vary as our practices develop.

8. Your Rights

Under KVKK (and, where applicable, GDPR), you have the right to:

ask whether we process your personal data, and request a copy of it;
ask us to correct inaccurate data;
ask us to delete your data, subject to our legal retention obligations above;
object to how we process your data; and
lodge a complaint with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Authority (KVKK Kurumu) or, if you are in the EU/EEA, your local data protection authority.

9. Children

Trastfer is not directed at, and may not be used by, anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

10. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access controls that limit who at Trastfer can see your booking data. No online service can be 100% secure, but we take this seriously.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time — for example, as our service providers change. We will update the "last updated" date above when we do, and for significant changes we will make this clear on the site.
