Short answer: there's no minimum notice required to book a transfer with us — you can do it right up until you actually need one. But "no minimum" isn't the same as "timing doesn't matter." Here's exactly what happens at each stage, so nothing catches you off guard.
You Can Book Right Up Until You Need It
The only real restriction on when you can book is that you can't select a pickup time that's already in the past — there's no minimum number of hours or days required beyond that, and no cutoff on how far in advance you can book either. If your flight details change last-minute or you decide on a transfer the same day you need it, that's not a problem on our end.
That said, booking earlier is still generally worth doing simply because it gives you more time to double-check your flight number and pickup details before you fly, not because the system requires it.
What Actually Happens After You Book
This is the part that's worth understanding, because it's the only place a real deadline exists:
| Stage | Time limit |
|---|---|
| Selecting your route and vehicle | 2 hours |
| Confirming via the emailed link | 24 hours |
- While you're selecting your route and vehicle, that in-progress selection stays available for 2 hours. It's not a countdown against your travel date — it's just how long the form holds your choices before you'd need to start over if you step away.
- Once you submit your request, you'll get a confirmation email with a link. You have 24 hours to click it. This is the real deadline that matters: if the link expires unclicked, the request is automatically cancelled — the driver and vehicle are never actually held for you until you confirm.
- Once confirmed, you're done — you'll get a full confirmation email with your driver-assignment details, and (closer to your actual pickup time) a separate reminder.
In short: the booking form's own 2-hour window and the 24-hour confirmation link are the two real clocks — your actual travel date isn't one of them.
Booking Your Return Trip at the Same Time
If you know you'll need a transfer back to the airport too, booking both directions in the same request gets you a 10% discount on the return leg. The two legs are still tracked independently after that — if your return is days after your arrival, you'll get its own reminder closer to that specific pickup time rather than one blended notification for both.
